VJ is Ian Parry Winner

Congratulations to Philippine photographer Vicente Jaime Villafranca for winning this year's Ian Parry Scholarship. VJ was a student of Dalian Photo MA course leader D J Clark in the second batch of the World Press Photo seminar programme in Manila.
